About Us

Welcome to Cornerstone Verses.

Our mission is to help you to delve a little bit deeper into the meanings behind Bible verses and connections within the Bible. And not just within the Bible but how the Scriptures can explain the world we are living right now. Our goal is to encourage a shift in perspective, get you excited about the Bible and invite you to think a bit more like the ancient people who first passed on these sacred writings.

We hope that all this will help you build a more robust Christian worldview. By understanding the Bible and its relevance to our world better, you’ll gain valuable tools for articulating and defending your faith.

It’s important to note that our website stands on the shoulders of giants. We don’t claim to invent anything new; instead, we bring to the forefront the old and often forgotten ways of seeing the world. Drawing inspiration from the wisdom of the past, we aim to reintroduce timeless outlook that has the power to enrich your understanding and wove your spiritual journey to your every day life.

Hope you enjoy our content!

Build up your Christian worldview

Start reading the Bible regularly, preferably daily. Explore the meanings behind verses to use them in good works for the benefit of other people and God’s Kingdom.

How we do it

Insights from the Bible

We aim to give you new insights by collecting Bible verses and themes and showing their meaning. Our hope is that this will get you excited about Scripture.

Pointing to patterns

We show you patterns in Scripture and how those relate to the real world that we live in. Goal is to get you to think more like ancient people.

Tools to defend your faith

By building your Christian worldview and reading our guides, you will collect tools that you can use when defending your faith.

Who we are

Cornerstone Verses is run by Toni and Andrea, a married couple from Malta—yes, the same place where St. Paul shipwrecked in the Acts. Toni is responsible for all the content on the site, while Andrea takes care of the administrative side and gives valuable tips on what to write about.

Andrea is a Cradle Catholic, while Toni was baptized as Lutheran, was born again four years ago, and is inquiring about the Orthodox and Catholic faith. However, he is leaning towards the Catholic Church due to recent studies on filioque and papacy.

We hope that CsV will inspire you to be closer to God and be inspired by the depth of God’s words in the Bible.
